Smečeň Dolní (Lower Smechen), combined (mixed, composite) location; Muncifaj; Mons Fagi - Beech Hill (Hora buková); record village from year 1252; maybe a Gothic castle (stronghold) at the spot of the Martinic Castle; there are many indications about Martinic gentry´s tight catholicism, e.g. a lot of columns of the Crucifixion, memorials, gaits and crosses round Smechno, obelisk of Martinic.

this epigraph already badly damaged the same like the entire pyrame´s vicinity; statue of Saint January , it might be in relation to the Sepulchre of Christ on Kvichec (Kvíček), nowadays placed in depositary.
A nicely looking stone is situated within the Muclav meadow near Smechno-Kachitze road,
about 2,5 km southwest of the church in Smechno (Smečno), near former field route, today on the outskirts of a small gardening´s parcel. As the legend says the stone serves to mark the spot on the cart way to Nové Strasheci (Nové Strašecí) where a pig dealer was assaulted and killed.
Thefore it is mostl likely a cross stone or a milestone with cross engravings on its both sides, one engraving made like a negative relief, the second as positive one, complete with not quite apparent sun symbols. Rusty-brown gritstone, size 1,1 m, 600 kg mass.
A fragment of iron quartz rock with metal cross attached lies about in the escarp, about 20 m away from the refill station heading to Kachitze (Kačice).
