Ves zmiňována r. 1273; Round there are archeological findings of Volute ceramics, cord (string) ceramics and the ceramics of bell cups; baroque castle from 18th century; the birthplace of botanist B. Roezl.
The stone can be found about 100 m behind the last houses in the street called Ke skalce (Towards the Rockery). When you are arriving on the road from Prague you can see the Stone quite clearly on the right side posing beneath a lonely basswood.
It was a rather pleasing surprise for us to see a stone until not long ago broken into pieces successfully repaired again and furnished with a protective fence hopefully preventing the Stone from being swept away by mechanical equipment when ploughing.
The table placed there reads it is the menhir dating back to Celtic times about 300 years B.C. serving maybe to carry out calendar observations.
Though a rather daring ungrounded statement it is, nevertheless it does not reduces the praiseworthiness of this good deed.

We think the slim and square-dressed sand prism represents a milestone positioned on an old path to Roztoky and Levy Hradec.
It is placed under - viewing from this direction - only a slightly elevated Rockery (Skalka), not on the highest point with the chance of horizontal outlook.
Per some of the reports being stated as long as until the beginning of 20th century this Stone had been a couple of tens of centimeters higher and at this point, i.e.later on cutaway end, it bore a relief of a human face.
