An attempt to create (menu|TOC)-like dotleaders using styled definition lists. Variation of the CSS example by Tantek Çelik.
Tested on FF and IE.
Internet Explorer, 'off course', isn't able to draw real "1px dotted" border.
Opera behaves a bit differrently (maybe "properly", see comments).
