Gorgeous menhir near Drahomysl.

This well-known menhir called Adjured Monk
stands 400m away from the village near a field path leading to Strkovice.

It has been mentioned in professional literature back in 1859.

Even though it is not as high as Klobuky menhir, this fact is sort of compensated by its appearance and personally
I consider it the most beautiful menhir we have seen until now.

Drahomysl

The Stone is 2,2 m high made of siliceous sandstone or quartzite, its estimated mass is 2,2 tons.
Also this one has been relates to many tales and legends of protective character, for example:

Drahomysl

When people wanted to take this stone to their mill they could not move it at all.
In another report the stone, whom somebody had managed to bring to the mill, had to be returned back to its original place since strange events began to happen within the mill.

Another legend tells the prior of chapuchin monastery in Zatec cried out his curse at a young fugitive monk who gulled a bourgeois girl into escape from home.
The young monk turned into stone on the spot.

The girl because of having caused this tragedy was indicted for wizardry, and according to Zatec pitch books describing this event, burned to death. It should have had happened in 1668.
